Movie Mania :]

Emma attended Gridlock New Year's Eve at Paramount Studios on December 31, 2008 in Hollywood, California. I cant decide if I like this look or not. I think the dress is pretty bit maybe a bit big on her. The black hair is cute too. What do you think - Woohoo or Boohoo?
