Demi Lovato is all smiles at the 2009 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour at the Universal Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Friday morning (January 16). The 16-year-old actress/singer was there to promote her upcoming Disney Channel show, Sonny With A Chance.

Can someone please tell me what is up with her hair? Demi always talks about how to be your self and don't dye your hair. Hypocritical much? She has nice hair when she doesnt dye it black and cut her bangs with a weed whacker. She looks like a mom. Demi your hair looks super cute when its brown and curly. Keep it that way. :]
