Miley Cyrus takes a bike ride around her neighborhood with her family on Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles. The 16-year-old starlet took the whole family out including big sis Brandi, special friend Justin Gaston, and mom Tish. Justin was even seen walking the dogs with Miley’s pop, Billy Ray.
When asked, Miley avoided talking about her new autobiography, “Miles To Go.” Instead, she whispered, “I’m not allowed.” :]
