Miley Cyrus waves to fans as she makes her way to watch BFF costar Mitchel Musso’s concert at The Grove in Los Angeles on Friday night.
The 16-year-old starlet tweeted from the event, saying, “Stoked to rock out with @mitchelmusso. I got stuck at a business meeting but I will not miss my little punks concert!”
Other stars in attendance were Debby Ryan, Tiffany Thornton and Spectacular’s Simon Curtis and Andrea Lewis.
