Selena Gomez sparkles like the New Year’s Ball as she gets ready to head out to celebrate the end of 2008 at her home in Houston, Texas. This dress isn't terrible but she looks like a Hershey Kiss. The outfit would have looked better if they were foot tights or just with out the leggings.
