Gossip Girl sweetheart Blake Lively hits the red carpet at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, California.

The 21-year-old actress, who took her dad (actor Ernie Lively) as her date, wore a strapless Nina Ricci gown with large sequin detailing. Blake finished off her look with Fred Leighton jewels: diamond flower fringe earrings, in silver on gold; rock crystal and diamond bangle bracelet; a carved ruby and sapphire, and diamond bracelet, in platinum; three vintage diamond bracelets, in platinum; 1920’s sapphire and diamond bracelet, in platinum; 19th Century diamond bracelet, in silver on gold; and diamond and aquamarine openwork bracelet.

I think the color suits blake beautifully, but its too tight. She looks heavier than she acutally is. She is so thin and wearing skin tight dresses are fine, but not if they make you look worse & heavier than you actaully are. She still looks pretty and her hair is awesome but a different dress next time.
