Zac Efron and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens wait with good friend Brittany Snow for the valet outside Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.

Brittany, 22, and Vanessa, 20, shared a friendly hug before they parted ways. Zac, was kind enough to sign an autograph for a passing fan. Brittany said “Zac is one of the most genuine, sweet people that I’ve met, and he deserves every good thing that comes to him. He really is just a normal, sweet, charismatic guy, and he’s very special. He’s so busy, and he’s all over the place, so when we do hang out, it’s him dodging the paparazzi and stuff like that. I don’t understand how he does it.”

After lunch, Vanessa, dressed in a Strappy Dragons Dress from Free People, made her way to Beverly Center Mall for a little last minute shopping.
