Fred Flare just come out with a few new items. My personal faves the Kiki Party Dress. Which looks just like the dress Miley Cyrus wore the Bolt Premiere. The dress Miley wore was the Theory Alisse dress which sells at $225. The dress Fred Flare is selling is $60 and comes in sizes Extra Small thru Large. Fred Flare also came out with a new and improved pair of checkered Risky Buisness glasses. They are called Picnic Sunglasses. They come in red, pink, green, blue, and white. Miley wore her dress with sunglasses... well 3-D glasses that is.
